The adverting has long-time history, In fact, at the ancient Greece, there are people wrote “for sale”. And in the middle ages, the people always use  the wooden signs. Nowadays, we not only have the advertising in newspaper and magazines, but also have the television and the internet. And the advertising need the specialize. The advertisement  can give customers more information that can teach the customer the way how to use it. And the advertising can help customer find out the product. However, the advertising have the disadvantage that is like tobacco advertising. It need the government to build the law about the advertisement. 

    There is a controversial topic. Some people say that advertisement is not good that harmful us and we need to avoid the advertisement. And the other people think that advertisements is necessary in the lifetime and it can give us benefits. Personally speaking, it is reasonable, there is advertisement because we need it. If we don’t need the advertising，it must be disappear, like, nobody use the stone to cook the cake. We have to admit the advertising is necessary for us. It can give us more informations about the product and it can improve the social economy that sell some remainder. It can help the company to sell the product and help person to save the money. And sometime the advertisement can improve more job and more  However, everything is not perfect. Advertisement has the disadvantage that is harmful to kids. But it can be solve. In my opinion， it is not problem because it can be solve. The government only need to build the law for protect the child.            think there are many advantage and disadvantages in advertising . First , the advertising can help us to know a lot information about particular product . for example , if I want to buy hand cream and I do not know what kind is good for my skin I just look to the advertising and get information then find one suits. My opinion about this topic is that I'm agree with the topic , Because we can get a lot of information from the advertising . So it helps us and specially me I learned a lot from the advertising . Then they would determine which type of media is the most adapted to the product. The workers prepare photos or images in the creative department to advertise them to newspapers or magazines even radio or television when the advertisements are ready to go to the media. Users would be protected by the laws which were made by governments and use for them not be misleading by advertisements. For example, in America and some European countries, tobacco is not allowed to advertise, and some violence activity is not allowed. There are lots of different views about advertising. Some people think that it has advantage which bring some news or information of new products and services to help people. It also reduced the costs of companies and made things cheaper, it can helps the economy and gives more people jobs. I personal don’t agree with people who think advertising is bad. In my opinion, I think they have mistake. For example, they think children have obesity and diabetes because the advertising. That opinion is wrong. Children have obesity and diabetes because their parents.Their parents know junk food well get fat and diabetes, but they don’t tell or teach their children. For example, a murderer kill one person, use a knife, but some people blame the shop and factory. They say” because you made or sell knife, that person died”. They just make knife, but how to use knife depend on people. As same junk food’s advertising, they just show the food’s advertising eat or not, and how many you want eat depend on they, not company. In short, I think it is their parents dereliction, not advertising’s problem.

On the other hand, although I don’t agree some people who think advertising is bad, something isn’t suitable to make advertising, like cigarette or narcotics. Luckily, many country have this law to forbid some bad thing make advertising.

After that, they develop ideas and decide the pictures and songs to use in the ad. Some people think advertising is really important for our lives. However, others argue that advertising have bad influences. Especially for children so many countries have laws to protect them from deceptive advertising.

      I can understand that advertising gives us many important information but I think advertising have some bad influences. I have three reasons. One is people might misunderstand that only advertised products are good. For example, I use unpopular shampoo because I think this is good for my hair even I have never seen this product advertised on TV. However, some of my friends told me that it is not reliable because they have never seen it on TV. Even if they have never tried products, some people decide only advertised products are good. Second, it could bring bad effects for parents who have little children. Many toy’s advertising show on TV during cartoons for children and once the children see the advertising, they beg their parents to buy it. Sometimes parents spend unnecessarily. Finally, we need to pay extra cost for companies advertising costs. For example, in Japan we could see many advertising of universities on the bus or train. It is a good way to get new students but it means that university’s students or parents paid money for it. Because of these three reasons, I do think that too much advertising is not good.

     Advertising especially food should be controlled and regulated by laws. Now, In the U.S, there are laws that food-advertising agencies should use real food product when producing their advertisement. In other words, they do not have to use real food products for items that they do not sell. So they can use glue, coloring agent, and kitchen paper to make products look good and appealing. The problem when we see the advertising and go to the store to buy it, we could get completely disappointed. For example, MacDonald shows us great advertising such as juicy and thick beef, fresh vegetables, and fluffy and perfect bun. However, we order that appealing hamburger which we saw on the TV commercial, and get a limp and tiny hamburger that is not appealing because they use many tools to make it look good in the ad. Therefore, we need to make new regulation that all the food shown in advertisements, use real food and not allow the use of glue or coloring.(508 words)

My homestay Bob

        Today I want to talk about my homestay. There are just 4 guys in my homestay, Mr.Guerrerro , his wife, I and another student. Mr.Guerrerro is over 50 years old, and he has 3 daughters and 4 sons, It is amazing. And his biggest kid is 32 years old, the youngest just 21 years old. Now kids do not live with their parents, they have their houses or live in school dormitories. Mr.Guerrerro likes to watch TV, and his favorite TV shows are baseball and football games. When Mr.Guerrerro was young, he was an amateur athlete, he won over 20 medals and trophies in some baseball or football games, but now these medals and trophies are put in his storage room. Nowadays Mr.Guerrerro rarely play sports, because his legs had an operation. But I think he is a great athlete.

        Mrs.Guerrerro is older 3 years than his husband, she works harding. I usually see her go out in the early morning and come back over 19 o’clock. Mrs.Guerrerro is lean very much, I think that she need to eat more. And Mrs.Guerrerro is good at cooking, I like eating food what she cooks. Before I arrived here, I was afraid that I am not used to American food, but now, these fears are superfluous.

        The student who in this house is from Kuwait, his name is Bark, and he likes calling his family and friends in the yard by cellphone. He is just 17 years old, and he told us that he wanted to study English and work in a big company in the future. I think this is a great dream, and I wish he can finish this dream in the future one day.

For it week, I want to talk about the my homestay, and my homestay have three people. There are homestay mom and homestay daddy and me. My homestay feed ten cats that are one mom cat and nine baby cats. 

    Firstly, I want to talk about my homestay daddy. His name is Allen who is 75 years old. I think he is a nice person. Because he feeds the cats and the humming birds. He improve the humming bird’s food, and ever morning, the humming will come here to get food. And he builded the cat house by the paper box. I think he is a nice man, that not only he can take care of the animals. One day, he took me to go home, I asked him that why you keep the working at 75 years old. He said “he want.” I was amazing that there are some people like work and at 75 years old can keep the work every day. I think he can give up the job, and get good life. But he didn’t do it. And sometimes I saw he can repair something. So this is the reason that I think he is nice man. 

   Then, I want to talk about the homestay mom who is a nice cooker and nice teacher. She can cook many food, and I never ate same thing at this month. She can cook America food and Spanish food. And when we had time, we can sat together and talk. She had patience with me, when I can’t get the point or I can’t show my point. Every morning,  she take me to school, we always talk about something that family, car, and dream. 

   This is my homestay. At the beginning, I just want to improve the speaking skill. But, now, I think I can get more suggestion and experience from two old kind persons.

New life in U.S-Kevin

  Today I want to talk about my new life in U.S. Like some people, I have come America just one month. I almost get used to the new life here. But anyway, there must be something different from my country.
  As for diet. I enjoy the American food, but I think it is high calories. It can't eat for every meals, or I will be a fat guy. Fortunately, my homestay family prepare Chinese food for us sometimes, such as rice, noodles, and soups. And I usually have lunch at different restaurant with my friends. So that the diet in America of this month is okay.
  About my study. I think it is a big different of study between here and my country. When I was in high school last year, I got up at half past six and went to sleep at eleven everyday. The class began at seven a.m until ten p.m. But I have only four hours here, I still feel tired sometime. I think my study is not bad but not perfect this month. So that I need try harder than before.
  When talking about other aspect, I can feel relax at this city, this state. And I also like the weather here, always sunny day, blue sky, but not very hot. It is cool at morning and night. I like this feeling. I went outside every weekend but this week. There are lots of entertainment around here. The only downside is that the transportation. So I decide to apply the driver license test.
  That is my new life in U.S. I really expect the life here later.

        I would like to talk about smart phones . First of all Now a days a lot of people use smart phone , 

or i think all people used it . Because of technology . Smart phones now a days is every thing . It have 

a lot of advantages and disadvantages . The advantages are , you can contact with other people by call 

them or send for them text massages, Also you can listen to songs and download them , you can do a 

searches and get information from it by access websites . Also the smart phones have disadvantages 

such as it's bad for health , for example if you use the smart phones for along time it will cause a 

problems for your eyes , second people see that the smart phones a way for wasting time , if you used 

it in a good way it will benefit you and if you used it for along time it will waste your time and cause 

a problems for your eyes . And the last one it have a lot of bad websites maybe the children access it 

and learn from it a lot of bad things . At the end i advice people to use the smart phones in a good 

way .

Hello, everyone!!

Today I would like to talk about my favorite Korean singer group.

This group’s name is BTS. They have another name, but the name is in Korean.

BTS is very popular in Korea and even in the U.S.

This group consists of seven members.

Rap Monster, Jin, Suga, Jimin, V, Jungkook, J-hope.

BTS has been around since 2010, but they debuted in 2013 because of the constant member change up. Rap Monster is the only member left from the original line up.
The leader is Rap Monster.

My roommate likes K-pop music. That is how I know this group.

When I first head them music, I didn’t feel anything.

But she didn’t gave up to tell how they so nice.

One day, she told me about member’s facts such as what they like to do or which food they like.

Before I like to them, I hadn’t listened any K-pop music.

But my roommate told me about this group so serious.

Then, they became my favorite group!!

My roommate’s favorite member is V.

He has sweet face.

His position is vocal.

I have asked her why you like him.

She said his cloths are always cool, so she likes him.

My favorite member is Jimin!!

He is very cute!! You can see in any picture how he is cute!!lol

He also is good at singing.

He likes singing song and dancing.

If music is playing he will start to dance no matter where he is!!lol
That is way I prefer him.

The life in America - Ray

Today I want to talk about the life in America , I came to America about one  month and I already tired to go to school everyday , but I do not have choice , so I think i need get used to America life,

Although the school life in there is more easy than my high school in Taiwan, but I still feel tired,

I think that is because I already get used to the university life in Taiwan , and I think in Taiwan and in America is very different , so I will feel boring is very normal thing , and I need to stay in UCR extension for nine months so that will be a long time to me.

But in America not everything is bored , also have some things let me feel interesting , For example:

make a friend with other country's people, and travel to other places in America, or have experience to other country's culture , that is also funny thing to me .

So that is a different experience for my live , doesn't matter that is good experience or bad experience,
I think if i come to here and i can get some stuff that i can't get in Taiwan , and that is worth to the
decide , maybe this decide can change my life or not that is a chance to me , the chance can effect my
life in the future .
So I already came here and I need have determination to change myself ,try to get some special stuff
like language skill , life experience , and even friends , I hope i can become a better person in the future .

I belong to the color guard team in Los Angeles. I have passed the audition two weeks ago. I am participating in the world championships in Ohio in April. Therefore I participate in the practice every weekend. I love color guard. that is why I came to the United States.

Do you know color guard?

That is a visual performance ensemble, made up of dancers, who also spin rifles, sabers, and flags in a competitive sport called winter guard. We are mostly part of the marching band. But we also make a show only in it.

What is WGI

WGI(Winter Guard International) Sport of the Arts is the world's premier organization producing indoor color guard, percussion, and winds competitions. As a non-profit youth organization, WGI also serves as the governing body for the indoor color guard, percussion, and wins activities. It is called the Sport of the Arts because it brings music to life through performance in a competitive format. Now entering its 40th year in 2017, the sport continues to evolve and grow. There were more than 36,000 participants at the regional level, and more than 12,0000 participants at the Sport of the Arts World Championships this past April.

I must practice harder. I must become a good performer. Because it is my mission.

MY BEST WONDERFUL FRIENDS SACHI

I'm going to  write my best friends. most important friends for me is Mio and Yumi.
They are special for me and nothing to compare with them.

we are friends since we was 14 years old.
we joined same study abroad program to Germany when we were 14.
We met there but at that time we just normal friends like class mate.
During staying Germany we were still normal friends. However, after came from there, we became best best besttt friends.
After study abroad, we hang out some times and I don't know when but gradually we became best friends.

when I was 15-19, me and mio organized one group to support students to go to study abroad.
we were best partner.

Mio,Yumi, and me are best and our parents knew that.
they are my best friends, rival, and supporter.

When someone in not good situation like broke with boyfriend the others support and we talk all night.

when someone's birthday is near, we make plan to surprise party.
Mio's 16 birthday we took her to Disneyland with eye mask and earphones.
Yumi's birthday we made album using more than 400 pictures and it took to make almost 1 week.
my birthday they took restaurant and gave me wine which made at my birthday!

when we want to leave alone, we just watch over that.

when someone need advices we will give them.

we never fight.

I never feel they are annoying or I do not need them.

we did a lot of crazy things together.
we walked 8 hours without no stop.
we danced all night.
we went to karaoke and sing.
we ate many kind of food and we cooked together!
crying together and laughing together!!

Now, I am in the US and I could not see them and hang out with them.
I Just missed them sooo much.
want to hang out....
want to sleep together.
want to talk about ...
but I promise them before I left japan "i will never give up from anything" .

I could become strong because of them.
I know whenever they are on my side.

Living in Riverside-Tomomi

I have come to Riverside for just a mount. 

I think that times goes too fast.

      I came to here at first, I was nervous because I worried about "How is my host family", "How is the school" and "I have to speak English everyday and keep going".

I tried to talk to classmates and people (now, my friends!) made approached to me.

I could make a friends and talk with many people. 

There are many various people at UCR Extension.  In Japan has not many neighborhood so  I am glad to meet and speak various people like Chinese, Saudi Arabian, Kuwaiti and Korean.  I am getting chance to speak with UCR students gradually now. I sometimes cannot listen to other people's saying because it is difficult other people's pronunciation for me. I try to listen to people talking carefully.

      My English skill is poor. My achievement in this semester is perfect English speaker. I have to improve it so I do my homework and I should talk with friends in English more and more. I try to join the classes aggressively. 

       My host family sometimes invites many friends like American, Chinese, Indian and Iraqi.

Last week, my host family invited some Iraqi. My host family cooked foods but they were careful about foods because they are Islam so they are almost vegetarian. Therefore, she cooked vegetarian foods mainly. I experienced such thing at first time. They have been coming the U.S. 3 years so they speak English very well. They have children. I played with them, tramp and play a "guitar". I could spent fun time!!

In my home country, Japan, rarely invite friends in house. 

I think about why do American sometimes invite in house, maybe nationality and American is more friendly than Japanese. I want to invite many friends in my home in Japan.

      I study English at here this semester, after that I will go to Florida and work at Walt Disney World as internship. I do my best for everything.

To be honest, I rarely watch TV shows. Because when I was a kid, I had to stay at school all day and did a lot of homework. So I just could watch TV on the weekends, it was about twice a week. And then I grow up with more free time, but I prefer to play computer games, because I think playing games are more interesting than watching TV, I can try a lot of kinds games if I want. And then I can talk about these games with my friends. To be honest, computer games and video games is the most popular topic in teenager group, there are some students rarely watch TV, but they play games every day. More importantly, people cannot decide TV shows which they want to see, so I prefer to choose and watch movies with friends, I think it is more interesting than TV.

At last, traveling is my important interests, so if I have free time, sometimes I want to go to a trip with family. I can require some knowledge that I cannot study in school, secondly, I have to walk a lot of roads in the traveling, so I think this is a kind of exercise, traveling can improve my health, and I usually take photos , I believe these pictures are important memories for me. So nowadays, I rarely watch TV, because I have more interesting thing to do than watching TV.

        When I was young, I was always watch TV, but now I don’t like watch the TV show. Because, nowadays,  the TV show have too much advertisements and watching TV take long time. Therefore, I have to give up the TV show. 

         I am a student, so I have to take long  time to study. It is very common for students. When I had more time, I like listening  music, studying  some interesting problem and talking with my friends. Listening, reading and talking can improve  the english skill. I think it is very nice lifestyle  for me. 

         The music, I like pop music and positive song and I don’t like slow and soft music. I think listen the familiar music can relaxing the nerve. Sometimes I will sing the song that can give vent to emotion. Studying some interesting problem mean study some thing that I don’t know. It is easy to hypo my curiosity. I want to study many thing that I can’t and I don’t know. If I have a opportunity, I will try to study. For example, I want to know the quantum computer, the black hole, the Virtual Reality, the Augmented Reality and Mediated Reality. I can research the information in internet. For example, how to get the 3d movie. The 3D movie have many ways that I only know three types. The first is using the color, and the second is cutting the movie, and the third is switch the screen quickly. This is I search  by myself, maybe there are some mistake. But I only can search in internet. When I know many things, I will share with my friend. So, I like talk with my friend, sometimes I can learn more than I know. They can teach me some thing, like, their homeland, their language and their culture.

I always don’t watch TV in my free time.  Because I think did not watch TV can help me do many things I wanted to do but did not have time to do. I think if I don’t watch TV I can do anything be better, for example, I can speed time with friend, and I can have time to study for my class. Also, I can play computer game with my friends. Some people think watch TV can know some new information about the world. But I think internet is very famous on today, we can know everything what you want to know on internet. So I think watch TV is not must thing we need to do. Other people think we watch TV is a relaxing way. They think you may be can watch movie on TV or watch some entertainment shows. But we also can watch these on websites. I think if you have a computer and internet you can do everything the same on TV. I think this a good lifestyle for me.

   Nowadays, more and more people can not leave TV. The first thing when they comeback home is watching TV. For my opinion I think in the one hand, watching TV have a lot of benefits, in the another hand watching TV have a lot of disadvantages. For supporting examples on one needs look better than myself. I hardly ever watching TV, so I have plenty of time to do that what do I want to do.
  First, I like play basketball in my free time. I think playing basketball can help me get a lot of  now friends. For example, last Sunday, I went to park to play basketball. I met some people who were playing basketball in the park. we played basketball together in the park, and we talked with each other in the park after playing basketball, and we find some hobby of each other. Finally we became a good friend, and we always play basketball together after that.
  Second, I like to read book in my free time. After I finish my class, and homework. I Will read books. My favorite book is Shylock Holmes. I think that events in the book is very interesting, and the main character Shylock Holmes is very smart and attractive. these facts make me fall in love with this book. I usually spend two hours to reading book every day.
  Third, I like visiting my friends in my free time. After I finish my class, and homework. I will go to my friends' apartment. I can talk with my friends, and play video games together.
  I hardly ever watch TV, so I have more time to do what I want to do. I play basketball, read book, and visit my friends. I think those thing are very interested.

Xiang- I prefer play games on PC

I don’t watch TV in my free time. I think it’s not very interesting because most TV shows are entertainment, and most time you can find a show witch you like. You just use TV remote and next show and next show. It wall waste a lot of time in find your ideal show. So I don’t watch TV, I usually play computer in my free time. I like to play game on computer because it is easy to find ideal thing, if you want to watch a show, but TV didn’t broadcast. You can Google it, and you don’t need watch TV and cast a lot of time to find that show. Google maybe cost 1or 2 minute but TV may cost you 5 minute.                   I was playing witches lately. It is a fantastic game. You act a witch and travel in a magic world. This game have very good frames, and very good epitasis. The story begin for a witch called Geralt. He want to find his daughter Cirlla has be killed by wild hunte. He started in wilderness and cross the all the witch world. He go through the murder, conspiracy and in the end, he kill the king of wild hunte. It is an awesome game. I think it’s better than any TV show.

If you watch TV, you just look what actor experience, but you play game on PC. You can go through  actor’s experience, so I prefer play games on PC.

i would like to talk about how much time i spent on tv.usually i spent 2 or 3 hours on tv.sometimes i watch tv show or news to improve my english.i think that will help most of people to improve thier english.Also i watch soccer match i spent 2 hours on watching the match.but i usually use other way to get the entertainment.just like playing video game,watch some movies,american movie or arabian movie but usually i watch american movie.when i feel bored i text my friend or use the phone to read the news and updates.or hang out with my friend go to shop or to the coffe have some fun and buy something.sometimes i read story from the internet but they are short story.i think reading story is the best way to improve my english.becasue if you spent long time watching tv that will bring alot of problem such as eye problem.at the end i think reading books or story and hang out with friend is the best way to get entertainment.

I usually watch TV on the weekend because I don't have TV!! I living without the box now!!

I often watch  Japanese TV show on the internet.

I spend time with this at least 3 hours, but I don'n think I worth time with this!!

Also, I really enjoying with this!!When I watch Japanese TV show on the weekend , I feel I'm able to keep in touch with Japanese modern culture such as anime or food.

In Japanese TV programs, we have a lot of kind TV shows!

When I was in Japan, I always try to watch everything!and I think I lost a lot of time!

After i came here, I quit try to watch everything because I realized I can't watch everything!

And I stetted find TV show I really want to watch.

Now, I've tried to think that this TV shows is I really want to watch or not  when I see new Japanese TV show.And I'm seeing  TV shows I really like!

living without TV is an opportunity to find your favorite,and what you want to do this time!

 

Also, I like watch TV shows that is American.

As you know, American TV shows have many seasons and episodes!

I spend a lot of time to watch these TV!!

But when I watch American TV shows, I watch with English subject to lean more English!!

In the end,I think when we watch TV shows, you should know positive effect of watching TV and negative effect of watching TV!!

In my young age i watch so much TV , The type of TV program includ cartoon and movie , and the most favorite program i like is action movie , For example : Jacky Chen's movie , I though Jacky Chen's movie always classic and even i watch a lots of times i still want watch again . I think that is

Jacky Chen's fascination , I think Jacky Chen's movie bring me a great impact in my young age .

But after the young age , Now i watch news,drama and sports channel , Watching news can give me 

a lot of informations ,And watching drama and sports channel can let me relax and have fun ,My 

favorite sports channel is NBA ,Especially when the NBA final game that was so exciting , And 

drama ,This summer vacation i watch six Korean drama and two Japanese drama and two Taiwanese

drama , That was a tired thing but i enjoyed , But now i came to America i don't watch any TV program , Now in my free time i listening music , playing basket ball and hang out with my friends

, So i think even i don't have TV and i still can find other entertainment.And now i think a lot of

people use computer to replace TV , Because the TV program's playing time is immovable so i 

think that is inconvenient to the part of people, But computer is different computer can play 

whatever you want , computer is more convenient than TV. So now TV not the only choice to 

entertainment.

  Nowadays, people can't live without TV. Because TV can give us lots of information or entertainment, such as news and TV shows. As for me, I don't like to watch TV, I mean that I wouldn't open TV at spare time by myself, but if I meet my parents are watching TV which is a interesting program. I will sit and watching with them together. In my opinion, watching TV just a way to spend spare time. You don't have to watch TV when you have something to do, and don't spend too much time on it. It's just a way of entertainment. I will watching TV no more than five hours a week when I at home. For now, I have a long time without watching TV.

  As for me, I have so many entertainment ways. Such as playing basketball, listening music, go to cinema to watch movie or playing vedio games. There is a reason why I don't like watching TV, because I think you can do anything with computer. If you want to watching shows or program, you can use computer to search it, then you will not miss it. In my life, computer can instead of TV do anything, you should open TV on time if you are waiting for a TV program which you like, that's troublesome. So at my spare time, I usually use my laptop for entertainment. I can do so many things with my laptop. For example, I can learning by it, I can chatting by it, watching, listening, playing, all of these things I can do them by laptop. So I spent most of my spare time on my laptop, about four hours a day or not sure. Because there are always activity everyday, sometimes playing basketball with friends, sometimes go shopping with friends, or sometimes we are learning together. 

  In a word, I won't find a TV for entertainment, because I have lots of ways to spend my spare time.

I'm going to talking about watching TV.\
When I was child, my family dis not like me to show cartoon and TV.
Then I turned 10 years old, they allow me to watch TV.
After that time until 17 years old, I loved watching TV and cartoon.
However, once I entered University in Japan, I was very busy and I did not have any time to watch TV so I stopped watch TV.
Now also I do not have enough time watch TV and I do not how to use TV so usually  I do not watch TV.

Instead of watching TV, I use NetFlix and watch movie or drama.
I already talked last blog anyway I  love "Devil Wears Prada" so I watch it often.
Yesterday, I watched "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" with my roommate.
Also, these days my favorites are Gossip Girl, Minions, Jane the Virgin, and Atelier.
Gossip girl is the story about high school student love or relationship in NY.
Atelier is Japanese one but my American friend recommended me to watch and I started watch it.
This is about luxury lingerie maker. Every single story has beautiful seen so I really like this but I already done to watch......so I have to find another interesting one.
My house has apple TV so I connect it with my iPhone and enjoy watching!


Another way is watching Youtube.
I really like "Non Style". This is Japanese famous comedian so I often there video and laugh a lot!!

Also. I love to go concert with my friends. Video or DVDs are nice but real is thousand times fun for me. I have been Taylor Swift's concert, Kanjani(famous Japanese idol) and Avicii's one.


Most favorite entertainment is hang out friends for me especially in the United States.
I often went church with my host family. I'm going to back my host family which I stayed before house in Thanksgiving. That one of the excited plan during here!

Watching T.V - NAHHAL

Many people spend must of their time watching T.V hours and hours . on the other hand there are people they think watching T.V  is just waste time . In my opinion Watching T.V it’s things we can do it in our free time and it is good for our social live . during T.V  we can know  the weather , news , music , new movies and documentaries things we can’t count it . Also , watching T.V  help people to start a conversation with friends ,family and coworkers discuss things demonstration 

on T.V . For us as students I think watching T.V is good source to improve our language . 

I used to watch T.V in my home for two to four hours per day . Nothing special just surfing channel and find something fun . For these days if I want to watch something i watched on my laptop . 

To be honest , after I came to Riverside , I didn’t watch T.v for three months. 

Actually I didn’t buy one . So, that mean I’m T.V free . It is kind of my new lifestyle . I don’t regret my decision to live T.V free it was good thing to experiment .

Tv in my free time also when i'm bored because it's nothing to do . So i watch films , talk shows and

  When I have free time .I like play basketball ,listen to music and play computer game .When I was a child ,I like watch NBA .My favourite team is laker .After school ,I usually play basketball with friends .Sometime we will play computer game with friends .The game name is DOTA2 .This game is very famous all of the world .Every year ,The International DOTA2 Championships will in seattle hold on .Every countries attend this match .The champion will get 60 million dollar .It sounds awesome ,doesn't it ?But It is very diffcult .
 When I feel not good .I like listen to the music .I like pop music and classical music .My favourite singer is Taylor swift .Because her song is very good .It makes me feel comfortable .When I listen her song ,I feel realx .My favourite musician is Mozart and  Debussy .Clair de lune is my favourite song ,because it makes me peaceful .

Watching TV-Tomomi Onda

   Today, I write about watching TV.

   I like to watch TV.

   When I have classes in school I watched TV about 6 hours.  In the weekend, I watched TV about 8 hours in Japan. I watched about manly comedy, drama and music program in Japan. After I came to the Riverside, I rarely watch TV however, I am watching movie with friend and host father every night about 3 hours. We are watching varying, like kids animation, love story, comedy, love of family, mystery, suspense and action.

   My host family recommend movies to me. Nowadays, I watched "note book". It was move for  me. 

The movie's content is that when a man and a woman were young, they met at small town in summer. They foreigned love and loved together just summer, because their status was different and a woman have to go to university in New York for studying, so they broken up and  go to another way. Eventually, they met again and married, however a woman lost of memory so a man tried to cure of  her amnesia by reading book about their story. She sometimes remembered but sometimes lost memories. At the end go story, they died together.

  My recommend movie is "The Fast and the Furious". Do you know the movie? 

This movie is car action. It is excite movie. 

The most attractive scene is compete each other by car. it is cool! This movie has about 6 version. 

If you have time to watch the movie, you try to watch it.

  If I do not watch TV, I rent to DVDs or register entertainment app on laptop for entertainment.

Nowadays, we can over join entertainment on laptop. TV is limited that we are able to watch at place.  

Laptop is lighter than TV, so we can enjoy the entertainment anywhere.
